This privacy policy explains how the Sudoku app, Android package com.mirkopisano.sudoku, handles data and privacy. Developer: Mirko Pisano.

Data handled by the app

Sudoku does not require account creation and does not directly collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, audio, or other personal content.

Your current game, elapsed time, notes, and game preferences are saved locally on your device so you can resume your last game. This data is not sent to the developer.

Advertising and Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to show banner ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may be shown before granting a hint in the game.

Google and its partners may collect or receive technical information from the device and ad usage, including device or advertising identifiers, app information, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and data used for fraud prevention, security, measurement, and ad personalization, depending on user settings and legally required consent.

Ad privacy consent

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app may show a consent form provided by Google User Messaging Platform before requesting personalized ads, where required. Users can manage ad privacy choices from within the app when the option is available.

The developer does not sell personal data. Data handled by advertising services is processed by Google AdMob and advertising partners according to their policies and the user's consent choices.

Children

Sudoku is intended for a general audience. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security and retention

Game data is stored only on the device and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Data handled by AdMob follows Google and partner retention practices.
